As a relatively new resident here in Perth I was pretty proud of the fact that in one year I had not seen any spiders (or snakes to be honest). Well that changed last week when we discovered many many red backs outside our bedroom window! I contacted a friend and she recommended this lovely team. I booked an appointment online. I was given a call the very next working day and an appointment made for Glenn our technician to attend. Apart from dealing with the spider issue he educated me on what to look for in the future, what to do and when best to organise a respray. I felt confident after his attendance.....don't get me wrong I still don't like spiders, but I now know I have a reliable team to call next time!! Cannot recommend them high enough.

Glen shared great information on the tell tale signs of termite activity and made a couple of good suggestions on how not to encourage the activity.
Glen was precisely on time. He made a very thorough inspection of the house and surrounds, explaining what he did and what signs we should be aware of. He advised us on how we could control any ant infestato0n in the garden and, as an example, laid ant bait in the driveway. Overall, a pleasure to have had Glen again to inspect our property. I’ve used this business consistently since 2015. The actual work is good, but I’m always disappointed to find the window glass streaked with the pest fluid. A little more application care would go a long way to improving this review from 3 star to 5 star. I’m grateful for liberal application, but don’t want it all over many of my windows. Previous feedback has been unsuccessful to date.
Jordan was excellent He was very knowledgeable, very helpful, an excellent and empathetic communicator which is a sign of a high level of emotional intelligence. Another aspect of emotional intelligence he demonstrated was the ability to quickly inspire trust which was important for me as I am very rattled by flying cockroaches! I really appreciated all his helpful tips and I will enact them. He was a real professional and very customer centric in his approach. I am very keen to do as little damage to the environment as possible and he answered all my queries about this very clearly and with obvious authority. I originally chose Cott Pest Control in 2006 as my neighbours told me how environmentally aware they were. This has certainly been my experience using them! I am delighted with their superb all around service!
It was very easy to arrange a timely termite inspection for our property. Jordan arrived early and was very thorough and professional. He explained various aspects of the inspection and tips for us to keep in mind of how to become aware of any termite activity. Fortunately there was no need for treatment this time, but we will definitely use the service in the future.
