Can not recommend Aspire enough! Chris is an amazing physiotherapist, with so much knowledge. Her treatment of my neck for migraines to where they are now under control and I've been able to manage them with the stretches she gave me. Chris was the first Physio I saw that took the time to try to not only understand the root causes of my injury, but also spent significant amounts of time developing a comprehensive training routine - including gym workouts, mobility routines and activation exercises to treat this in the long-term too. If you've got a complicated injury you're not too sure what to do about - would definitely recommend Chris!
