Last year before Covid, l stayed for one night that turned into two. I have had many highlights over the past 15 years bicycling for Cancer, this was one of the best. Brent Bundy Ridegump

Great place for a stopover/overnighter when driving from Townsville to Brisbane. Stayed in single non-ensuite room, good value, great meal at the restaurant/ bar. Tide was out, awesome beach walk to stretch the legs and beautiful sunrise.

Great spot right on the water. They do meals on Friday and Saturday nights and have a good little bar as well. Nice spots to sit and cabins are clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and amenities are good too.

The park was pretty much wet and full of water, but staff were so helpful and went far and beyond to accomodate us and get the best spot for us. Beautiful views, clean toilets and showers.

We got lucky and got a beach pad with power...the unpowered sites are terrific too...had lunch there a generous serve of fish and chips...the only downside was there's no dump point...so do yourself a favour...

Love Clairview. The kids can play safely. The amenities are kept clean. Staff are friendly. Good fishing off the beach

One of the more interesting looking landscapes we’ve stayed at on the coast. When the tide is low it’s a rocky paradise of wildlife And mangroves. There are lounge chairs and palm trees as well which makes it feel more exotic. There’s a bar and restaurant and a huge kids playing area. The park itself is well laid out although the toilets could be quite far if you’re staying on the other side of the park. There are a ton of horseflies who didn’t seem fussed about our bug spray so be wary- the bites hurt! Good value for money.
