Excellent accommodation, feels homely and cozy. Never had any faults with room equipment such as fridges, microwaves and electrics. Guests within the stay were always helpful and respectful, no issues with load neighbours as the rooms are quite good on sound isolation. Overall would recommend for anyone who wants or needs a good place with great access to facilities and general needs in town.

I've been here since 2019 and enjoy everything. Nice comfortable room, good facilities, clean. Manager is great and nothing is a problem for him. Residents are friendly yet keep to their space.

Excellent place to live for a long time or for a little. Everything is very clean, the kitchen, the living room, the rooms, the bathrooms, the pool, the gym, the parking lot, everything is very clean. Very calm and quiet. I really like the kitten that I sometimes see is beautiful. I would like the internet to be a little faster even though it is very good.
The owner of the guest house needs to make it clear to all people who book rooms there and next door to stop making endless noise for the neighbours. How many times do people have to bang on the fence to tell them to SHUT UP during the week at 3am? Do not annoy the neighbours on work nights any more because we have HAD IT!
This is a great place to stay being so local to the CBD ....and a whole lot more! The facilities are excellent value for money and the service could not be faulted. I would highly recommend this guesthouse due to being: convenient, clean, friendly and super value for money for either a short or long term stay. In fact, we're going back again very soon! Maybe you have a Christmas function in the City....I do and Citylink Guesthouse is my preferred place to wake up in after a fun and exciting celebration in the City!
Stayed at City Link Guest House for a week and was very impressed. The Motel was close to everything I needed and was in a good central location in Brisbane. The staff were very friendly and a big help. It was a nice quite place to stay and had everything I needed.
Really nice place. Very good location close to everything including shopping, bus, Suncorp stadium. I was impressed with all the facilities considering the low price of staying there. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone.
