I have lived in several South Australian council districts and West Torrens is by far the worst. All staff personnel are uncaring robots, especially a lady named Anna. She is the embodiment of rudeness, sexism and racism. Moving forward, I implore West Torrens Council to please have a proper screening process for their employees as this is simply unacceptable. All matters concerning council needs to be conducted in a professional manner. Anything less is simply unacceptable.

I have had a few "run ins" with this council. Other councils don't seem to be as unorganised. In fact I dreaded moving back into their area. From receiving a fine for a unregistered dog at a property I didn't live at, to getting my car towed away wile over seas, the comic value of thir never ending attempts to disrupt you otherwise pleasant life is priceless. The line up to discuss such discrepancies is alway vast and long. Attitudes range from apathetic to flat out not listening. I bid you fare well Torrens city council as I am moving away hopefully for good. Thank you for only taking the hard rubbish which could be "re-used" as part of you recycle policy. Very useful.

Tomas transport removals

Absolutely worst council in South Australia-please be aware at airport road they waiting for you to stop on push bike lane for 10 seconds and inspector will issue a fine-money chasing people nothing to do with road safety-disgrace and this people living from our taxes and council fees and permits etc

very friendly on the phone, patient and professional. I also took a stray dog in one night just after 5pm and staff were offering to stay back late to wait for the dog's owner to pick it up.
