I went on main counter to request to talk with someone from building side readings my driveway. Lady and man (I guess he is man ) start questioning like they are builders, also giving my answers which are not correct. I requested to talk with someone they refused to call because they said we give you answers. I think one star is too much for this customer service . Done few phone calls regarding noise they told me call police ! Just money collectors from year to year not improvement in older Spearwood area. Shame.

These people should not be employed at all. Called for the 3rd time for a replacement bin. Only to be told. It has been ordered. I was told it should be replaced on the next run. It's now the 4th run and still no replaced bin. Maybe I should take my bin to their head office with a label on it to dispose of themselves
A short thank-you to all the men and women out in the community. You do a fantastic job, always time to say a quick hello and always checking residents are fine whilst carrying out their jobs. The gardens, reticulation, ranger and cosafe surveillance, graffiti control, all maintenance jobs, rubbish removal and any one I have forgotten. I have spent many hours walking the streets of cockburn and I have seen with my own eyes and heard with my ears just how wonderful you are . Keep up the great attitude guys and gals there are many of us who appreciate the work you do .

I'm extremely happy with support from and service of staff, Directors, CEO, Ward Councillors & Mayor on many and varied requests which have been handled in a timely and professional manner. Best Local Government City I've had to live in/deal with.
Easy place to get into, not so great for parking. Helpful staff that make visits easy
they have no idea what they are doing , my bin got missed on friday and was told they will be in frost thing this morning at 6 and still my bin is still not empty
