Dropping off the car and car service was fine but when I walked into pick my car up there were at least 5 staff working , all looking at their computers .They were busy I guess but there was no actual counter that says reception so I went up to one lady and she just said someone will be with me soon without asking me what I even wanted. I stood back and waited then another client walked in and a staff member greeted him straight away like I was invisible so that felt very awkward.

I have been servicing here for many years and never a drama. Car always ready by the time agreed or early. Staff are beyond compare, go the extra mile for you. I recently had a part fail out of warranty and they were able to talk Hyundai into replacing it for nothing. Brilliant place, highly recommended.

Purchased an i30 N Line. Satisfied with the sales process and decided to proceed. Was quoted finance rate by dealership and explained the last time I purchased through this group, they inflated the monthly repayment price, and I would be checking with my bank as well. Had I not checked last time, it would have cost me nearly 8300 more!! They quoted me 3.95%, and it actually worked out at approx 8.22% based on their repayment amount!! They quoted an establishment fee (which is normal) PLUS a 990 origination fee?? Origination fee is only charged by these dealers, so see a bank first. This is a blatant attempt to trap the unwary buyer, so be careful buying anything from this unethical mob, and at the very least, confirm the rate they quote, is either a comparison rate (which includes all fees), or check an interest rate calculator online before signing anything. Shame City Motors Group, shame. Try being honest and truthful every time instead of deceitful and dishonest.

We have used City Motors Group for nearly 6 years with the purchase of our Honda CRV. They have been amazing the whole way through. Our son has Autism and they sponsored his school Aspect South Coast which was so generous of them. Our car was just out of warranty and we had trouble with our transmission. They contacted Honda on our behalf and was able to have the transmission replaced at no cost to us. We are so thankful with how they’ve helped us. We will not be hesitating about buying a Honda as our next car. Thankyou so much City motors Group.

I purchased my I30N through the dealership. Had no issues till the latest service. When I got my car back there was a plug in the front tyre. The only place my car has been without me is there. They are denying that it was done there. How did my tyre get a plug in it then. Great customer service from such a big local company. Own up to your mistakes.
