Purchased a puppy from this store last year, so far about 14k in vet bills due to a pre-existing congenital condition. Avoid this place if I could give it 0 stars I would.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place if you value your pet's health and good customer service. The bulk mince was very cheap but they gave me the wrong one - after being extremely reasonable (offering to pick up the correct one, sending pictures of the meat etc.) they were quick to reply to bluntly say they delivered the correct mince. I was 100% sure they gave me the wrong one since red meat and white meat look and smell different both raw and cooked, so they STOPPED REPLYING. Extremely poor customer service on their end, plus the quality of the meat was not even suitable for my two dogs who became lethargic when feeding this to them! Plus it has scraps of bones in there which is very dangerous if you were planning to cook the mince for them.
