We were here a few months ago. Checked out the website for a box of seafood parcels that said they were available in store. We drove all the way from Brisbane. When we finally got to the store, we couldn't find what we were looking for in the shop. We asked the fat, sweaty, angry guy behind the counter where they might be and he lamented on and on about how this wasn't his job and he was just filling in and the product wasn't in the shop it was order only - we would have to order it and come back tomorrow, that it was out the back in the freezer. While all this was going on , a guy FROM the freezer popped in and out of the shop, twice. I asked if he could perhaps get this box for us and the guy behind the counter went right off. My son who was with me at the time bought a couple of small items, and when he asked about the price of a cheese ( the guy was overcharging by twice the price) customer service guy of the year went off again about how this wasn't his job, he didn't know and I think the thing that he was angry about the most is that he had to get off his backside to check the price in the fridge of the cheese. Small business go under all the time and with customer service like this, I can see why

Staff go above and beyond, and will throw a suggestion and even the odd discount, fantastic services, some items are a bit dearer than Coles/Woolies, "BUT" personally my experiences say support a local and support those who are great to you!! AAA from me... keep it up

A very good variety of stock, reasonably priced and staff are friendly and helpful. This business also delivers and orders taken online.
