One of the worst experience I've had with these people and one of the worst customer services I've ever had even though it's been taken to the complaints team and still appalling I keep getting promised in the next 3-5 business days still no answer will be definitely building up a ombudsman case
Went there as a citibank customer to try to have a cheque made out to be told that they dont do it and to go to one of the 4 big banks and they an do it easily for you. Went to ANZ and NAB and was told that they cant do it. So thanks for stuffing me around and wasting hours of my time.
The worst of the worst experience I have had. I have investment with citibank and before I purchased investment product with Citi I was told that I would have a private relationship manager whom could give me the resolutions if I had any concerns. However, yesterday I found that my relationship manager blocked me from wechat without any notification before. I contacted the sales manager and he pushed me back to the relationship manager. After I purchased the product from Citi, No one provide the service . VERY POOR customer service! No recommend to others at all.
