I have been seeking a response for 3 months in regards to the issuing of my certificate. I have emailed, called, and left a complaint via the website. Not one single staff member has gotten back to me. This is truly unacceptable as a student using your services, and I have been extremely unhappy about this end of the service. The actual course was fine and I had support from my teacher. But following that, I have been completely left in the dark. I have asked if there is anything else needed from me, and I am still waiting for one response. Just one!!! Why should a student have to resort to countless emails and now a google review just to be acknowledged?

To rate chisholm one star is honestly hard for me to do, if I could rate them less I truly would. Whilst studying online with chisholm I have encountered numerous issues regarding my work and when I have discussed these issues with the teachers I have been ignored or they fail to answer the question I have asked. Whilst completing my course I have had to re-submit my work regularly with two teachers specifically who apparently don't seem to care that they fail to provide adequate and appropriate feedback or resolution. I think the online teachers for the certificate 3 in individual support should be re- evaluated as they seem to lack experience or a qualification for that matter in the aged care industry. As someone who has 5 family members working as PCA'S , And one as a DON , I am 100% positive that the information they provide does not actually meet the legal and ethical policies and procedures that aged care facilities must follow at all times. Whilst completing my online course I was made to complete videos that evidently are illegal. I was told to demonstrate how to pick someone up off the floor after a fall which is actually illegal in a facility as you MUST use lifting machines to provide appropriate and adequate care. If the teachers of chisholm online do not know that this is illegal then obviously they are uneducated and should ensure they understand all the rules and guidelines , legal and ethical requirements , policies and procedures as well as protocols, before setting students up to fail due to the lack of education they have been provided.
Their ticketing system is very discriminatory. If you take a ticket as a new student, you will be served immediately, if take a ticket with a general enquiry or as a continuous student, you will be pushed back in the line behind everyone else. I also have experienced teacher discrimination, the same teacher has physically assaulted a female student and still was allowed to continue to teach in this institution.
I'm personally happy with Chisholm, especially the Dandenong campus. The only downside to the Dandenong Campus is that they need more teacher. We often have new classes starting at the same time that I have class. But overall, I am personally happy with the quality of the course that I am receiving.
One of the worst customer services. Can't even send emails for help consistently, the staff always end up saying " I am out of the office until...", so I end up calling the chisholm help line and took way too long, this wasn't my first time also.
