You arrive at their advertised Adelaide branch to find a different name on the store. Then you’re greeted by a salesman who tells you their not his machines. He tells me there is only one left and he will have to check with the owner in case it has been sold already to someone else. He then confirms with the owner by phone that I can purchase last one. All good until I want to use eBay to complete the sale. Then he wants you to deal over the phone with the real owner who tries to get you to pay now and collect in 6 weeks with a story about he needs to keep it for display until then. Too many alarm bells here for me to hand over17k and see what happens. I've added the photo and more details after seeing the owners reply just to confirm he did tell me to come. It was over 200 km round trip and a days work lost for nothing.

I recently bought UHI12. i have a 10 acre site on a steep terrain and wanted to use it for some DIY landscaping work including stone retaining walls, post holes, utility trenches, ground shaping and regrading. My experience using it so far has been great. i managed to build a significant stone retaining wall in 3 weekends. 24 tons of rock with some boulders up to what i would estimate around 400kg. the big stones were too big for the bucket alone but i managed to move them around with the blade and bucket and even stack at the second course. i also dug a whole heaps of post holes with the included auger attachment. it is early days for me and i am still learning to operate the machine but so far its been a great help. need to buy a small dump truck to complete the fleet....
