Really good service, and at a good price.
Purchasing my Nikon Z6 kit from Nikon On Broadway was probably the best retail experience I had encountered. The website was up to date with the store's stock level and items which were not listed online were easily ordered over the phone. Although located near the city, the store is in an area with 1P free parking. Danny and John were helpful, meticulous and honest. They provided product recommendations without any biases. In addition to the Z6, I purchased some third-party accessories. The selection available was well curated and manufactured with excellent quality. My retail experience did not end when I walked out of the store with my Z6. Instead, I continued to enjoy excellent post-sales service and am a satisfied customer of Nikon on Broadway.
Went in today to see if they had a Nikon Z to look at. I don't think I have ever had such an unhelpful response in my life. We only have sealed them in sealed boxes now #% off out of my store was the attitude shown. They seem to try to portray themselves as Sydney's equivalent to Greys of Westminster in London, something about chalk and cheese comes to mind. I've had to give them 1 Star to be allowed to post it should be 0. Thankfully there are other stores who know how to look after a customer.
Fantastic staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. I am a professional photographer myself and they were up for a nice chat about sone other strange items they had on display, even though they knew i had no intention of buying these items they took the time to chat about them anyway. A great experience.

Ordered item from UK to be collected in Sydney when we arrived, item originally out of stock when contacted Nikon on Broadway but they kept me informed when it was in stock and reserved the item for collection when we arrived in Sydney. John and his team were superb in keeping me informed of progress. When we arrived John and his team were superb in explaining how the irem worked and the Australian sales tax reclaim process. My wife purcha sed aNikon binoculars after these were demonstrated. Nothing was too much trouble in this small 'old fashioned looking shop with traditional excellent service that one expects from a traditional camera retailer, fantastic staff and knowledge and even provided advice on sun protection while in OZ.. Nikon on Broadway was off the main Broadway but the taxi driver dropped us outside and we were able to walk back to Darling Harbour. Thoroughly recommend.
Helpful staff and attentive. Took extra time to explain the TRS logistics and smartphone app to be prepared for a quick tax refund at the airport. Seemed to have good prices on Nikon gear compared to other merchants in the city.
