The Chinese Martial Arts and Health Centre offers a powerful and effective approach to self defence. I have been practising with Si Fu Lester and Si Jeh Sherrilyn now for just under two years - I believe you would be hard pressed find anyone else in Australia with the experience and knowledge they posses regarding combat. I encourage anybody looking for an effective and strong approach towards self defence to try or join the powerful system they offer.
