I found the staff at Universal Chiropractic to always be friendly, welcoming and professional. I felt extremely comfortable and positive with the management plan for my health. After each appointment, I leave feeling extremely empowered with the knowledge I require to improve my overall health and well-being. I always feel safe and comfortable to explore my health problems with Kathy; who is extremely knowledgable and caring. I have been attending universal chiropractic since I was 14 years old (thanks to my mum) and I’m now 30. There was a time in my early 20’s where I told myself I didn’t need it anymore but after a few years of constant back, chest, dodgy hip and jaw pain I knew it was time to head back. Since then I have had no real issues. Don’t get me wrong every now and then I’ll get a mild flare up but they are few and far between these days. And in my line of work with both my jobs anything can happen. Actually just being at home or shopping for food, driving, walking, a holiday, a new tattoo, bleaching your hair anything can put your body out of whack essentially. I am a tradeswomen by day and in my team I am the only one who does not suffer from regular back and knee pain, and in my other job as an aerial/circus arts instructor/performer I need my body in tip top shape as for it to fail would cost me dearly. Most ladies I know in the aerial/circus arts industry have required either back, shoulder, hip or wrist surgery around the age of 30 and I was terrified that was going to be me too! As after seeing what they have all gone through not only with the surgery and recovery time but your body is not quite the same once it’s been operated on and some of them have had to quit.. Kathy helps keep my body and mind in tip top shape and has also educated me fairly well on the importance of our body and looking after it properly because of the physical, chemical and emotional effects that can indeed happen and cause all kinds of discomfort. It’s aweosme!! I don’t know what I’d do without her...

Spends the majority of the first session talking at you rather than treating you, then runs out of time and recommends scheduling more sessions. When they finally get around to treatment, they are unable to manipulate adequately to correct the problem and spend most of the session rambling about the risk posed by wheat based foods and what type of relationship you should have with your children. Don't waste your time or money!

I experience reasonably severe pain in my back and neck from time to time. Universal chiropractic successfully relieve these symptoms. They are knowledgeable and genuinely caring. I highly recommended them.

I first went to Universal Chiropractic while I was pregnant with my first child. I was having severe back pain and was at the point where I couldn't sleep anymore because of it. After being treated by Kathy I found my pain was relieved and the back issues that I'd had on and off for 10 years were finally gone. The practice is very family orientated which is great and means I am able to take the kids with me. My son who at the age of 3 started walking on his toes, after having a few adjustments went back to walking properly. I would highly recommend Universal Chiropractic to anyone who wants to make a positive change to there health and well-being.
