Ordered Hawaiian with a wing received an Hawaiian with a leg. Went to return it (I hate leg meat) and they said that was all they had as they'd run out of chicken. Surely good customer service should require informing the customer that what they'd ordered wasn't available. I would have ordered a burger. extremely disappointed and won't be returning any time soon.

Check your orders they often mess things up, also if you are craving chicken best to call first to make sure they actually have some as they are prone to running out. I am no longer wasting my money at this store, the staff are beyond incompetent. I can't eat banana and for the 4th time, even after previous complaints I get banana in my Hawaiian pack, throw out half the chips and the chicken. What happened to good chicken treats.... Update: emailed as asked below and yet no response... Looks like the customer service at this store is par for the company. Update 4 weeks later no response from Chicken Treat, wife decided to get a "treat" and get Chicken treat on the way home ordered the same meal as listed above yet this time instead of putting in a banana, we got a 1/4 chicken at full price of a half... the chicken is dry the pineapple fritters are burnt, this store is still beyond incompetent. Called and complained, got a meal replacement...no apology no goodbye got hung up on. Absolutely useless. Do not waste your time or money.

It has been years since I've had chicken treat, ever since their quality started going down. Went to the Wanneroo store today, asked for a quarter chicken and chips with a leg. What I got was a wing, with no skin on the breast, and a dozen or so (somehow) overcooked but soggy chips. I do not reccomend, this store especially. This issue has sealed the coffin for me with CT, I wont be going back ever again.

This place has certainly taken a turn for the worse. All food was luke warm to say the best and very poorly slapped together.
I visited the Wanneroo store on Sunday 02/08 and used the drive through at around 11am, did not have to queue for long, food was fast and hot and the customer service was fantastic, I think his name was Reece? He was very friendly and professional, I don’t usually use this branch as I don’t live locally but I would 100% go to this store again!
What an amazing start to my day, I was very pleased with the customer service I received this morning. A kind, welcoming gentleman named Rhys have outstanding customer service and I would to thank him for starting my day off in a positive manner.
