Great food, really friendly owner and staff. I love coming here and will even go out of the way to stop in on a trip up the mountain. Generous portion and well priced. Well worth a stop in.

My partner and I love stopping in here whenever we have the opportunity. The food is always delicious! We live a bit too far away to be regulars but sometimes we drive up from Glenbrook just to get a chicken and some chips. Worth the drive every time. From the first time we came in, we've always felt welcome and even though we only come in a once in a while, the owner recognises us and makes us feel at home. I'm a bit shocked that there are a few bad reviews for this business. My suspicion is the owner doesn't put up with rude or entitled people. If you come into this shop with a smile and treat everyone with respect I have no doubts you'll have a great meal and a great experience.

My family and I adore the chicken and chips here, we come every week! The chips are to die for! They're always crispy and perfectly salted (chicken salt, of course.) The staff here are so lovely! They always have a smile on their faces Chick N Coop also has the best Churros you can get in the mountains

Wow! What an amazing experience. Popped in on my way through the mountains and was really pleased with the experience. Staff were friendly and professional, coffee was hot and came out quickly and the chicken! Don’t have words to describe how delicious it was. Will definitely coming back and recommending to friends. Thank you!

I live here and There's not much food stores/shops/stuff in Lawson and IGA is hecking expensive so gotta support your local community. Chips and peri burger plus drink was under 20 and was relatively cheap. Food was cooked fast (under 10 mins). There's a nice outdoor area on a roof you can eat that overlooks the area. Not much else you can ask from a rural country town. First but not last time eating here.

Amazing marinated Portuguese chicken. Tender on the inside with a crispy outside. Flavourful fries to go along with it! 4 stars very good!
