I called and spoke to a guy who answered a ton of questions about the style of bed I was looking for and my needs. The following morning I went to the store and found great friendly staff with great service. After trying a few different beds I fell in love with the Dreamaster. I have has an amazingly comfortable sleep every night since. Thanks George.

We got a complete bed made from scratch and it is just so beautiful and more importantly, just so comfortable. George went above and beyond for our bed and it is just that little bit more special because of the workmanship and intricacies involved. We had pre-existing upholstered furniture which we wanted matched colour wise, and George and his team nailed it perfectly. The material used to make the sides was perfect, and the addition of the draws in the base is just so handy. I recommend Dreamlover to everyone.

This place is never manned, if you are going to advertise store hous then be there when during the stated time. Been past 5 times in the last 3 weeks and the place is never open. Do yourself a favour and head over to the southside to a professional retailer rather than one that cant be bother to man their store...

I bought a king size bed with twin bladders from this place 7 years ago (2012). This year one of the bladders leaked and I had a repairer attend my home to pump out the water and collect the bladder to take it for repair. I was advised that the bladder was much older than I was led to believe. This is because the tags were cut off the waterbed so you cannot see the manufacture information and the owner writes in black permanent marker on them the date when you collect it, very unprofessional. Once you know where to look, you can see the tags had been removed. Unfortunately due to the old age of the bladders I had to have them replaced and I chose to replace them with new bladders from a different company because I no longer have trust in this company. When these arrived I recalled that my original bedding from this company never came in any packaging/plastic at all as new products should. The owner just piled the items into my vehicle. I have chosen to write a review because, as you can read most reviews are based on how nice it is to sleep on a waterbed and initial customer service, even though I had no issues in the beginning I was quite disturbed when the bladder broke to find out that I was sold something that was not actually new at the time. This is a dishonest way to do business and I hope by making this clear, people looking to invest their money in a quality bed should do their research and avoid disappointment here. I'm not sure which name to use as they appear to use a few different business names across the internet which is also a red flag to me now that I have seen it. For anyone considering buying a waterbed, that's great they are incredibly comfortable, I would just research a better location to get one from. I have added pictures of what the tag on the waterbed is supposed to look like, so it can be used as reference for anyone looking to buy a bed. All bladders should have a tag like this when you buy them.

Knowing George for over 10 years he's always had a high standard and superb comfort with his beds. He's very caring and goes the extra mile to meet individual needs. His beds are beautifully sewn with 100% wool tops. So comfortable and warm for winter. Love my bed! Thank you George!

Came around midday on a Monday and nobody was there. Shop was shut. It was a shame because we are not from the Northside and thought we would pop in while we were up that way. Been wanting a water bed for a while. Won't get a chance to go back for a while most likely. Would recommend calling first of you plan to attend.
