Looking for competent and courteous service? Look elsewhere because this is not the place for any of that, they do however have plenty of bad attuited. Get your self a new manager at this store GW.

Brilliant games workshop outlet. The team there is super helpful and very patent with my questions. Their skill level with the craft is quite high and they share what they know and encourage others.

THE WORST Customer service... the dude was more intent on his phone than making a sale. He didn't even acknowledge I was there until I asked a question, he gave terse response and then went back to his phone. I'll forward my concerns to whoever runs these stores... And retailers have the hide to complain about online companies - dude like this is why we shop online.

Zero stars if it was an option. Not sure why they are open. Went in to have a look at what they had in stock and was looking forward to buying a couple of things to occupy my weekend. But was told if I didn't know exactly what I wanted that I couldn't come in. There was to be no browsing. Never felt more unwelcome in my life. I understand Covid precautions but this is something completely next level. I'll never be back and really makes me reconsider giving GW another cent if this is a true representation of their idea of service.

Poor service, even though there was only 1 other person in the store (who was painting not shopping) I was still ignored until I was ready to leave anyway. No stock of items and I was told to order online. Don't bother having retail storefronts in that case. I won't be back.

Whoever was on staff today should just stop working in retail. my brother and I visited the shop at 1pm today, extremely rude as we just walked in. "Are you going to buy something or what?" Giving us daggers while we're perusing the shop. Myself considering joining in on the pass time, I asked about the label difference between two similar boxes. I was ignored while asking questions about things I was considering buying to finally get a response from him finally breaking from his monitor to serve the customer giving me daggers again and snapping at me that they're just two separate things. My brother bought some paints he was looking for with no help there either. That display is just all kinds of unbecoming. That is bad business, extremely disappointed with the service. Small wonder the following is more popular in other places.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, took the time to run through a game with myself and my son. They also run painting and modelling workshops in store regularly to help beginners like us get started.
