I have see the sculpter here and it is one of the best I have seen in my life I wish all hospitals would have a rainbow sculpter in it.
Emergency, reactive response was beyond a five star rating for my husband. They well and truly showed their values in action. However if one had to give a rating to the aftercare - it was patchy and if anything needs to change here it would be clarity around complaint, nurse management and clarity around what happens after crises - proactive responses.
The Staff via the customer service line are absolutely appalling! I have called in several occasions due to needing a referral sent through to get a new cast on my broken foot - they pretty much hung up on me all three times and made out like I was a horrible person for asking them to do their job? Not sure what they are being paid to do, if they aren't able to perform a simple customer service task.
A very quiet & peaceful area in Palative Care! Patients have the best care in their final stages of their illnesses!
Clean , very, very professional. Like a hospital should be your care and well being is paramount to them. All staff interact with patients needs and treatment in the most highest regard. Outstanding care.
