I had an eyebrow tint and wonderful facial from Tasha yesterday and would highly recommend. Anna at Reception was welcoming and knowledgeable. Bought some primer and foundation too and very happy with these products. Have already booked for a return visit.

After booking in over 3 weeks in advance (for this Saturday - Sept 12), for multiple treatments (approx 350 dollars in services), I was contacted by one of your team and informed that due to a staff resignation, Soho would be cancelling my appointment. I was advised that I could rebooked for a weekday appointment. I can't do weekdays due to work. As I was at work at the time of this call, I let the person know I needed to end the call. I called back later to request that I be booked in for the following Saturday but was advised if I wanted a Saturday appointment that it would be another wait of 2-3 weeks. I understand that resignations happen, but when this does occur, it is generally standard practice to get a cancelled client booked in as soon as possible on a date suitable to them. I booked with Soho due to the fantastic reviews from your previous/existing customers. I was also planning on purchasing skin care products I am running low on, after noticing on your website that your clinic was a stockist (Dermalogica). Not only has this cancellation lost you a 350 sale of services, but it has also meant that you have lost a product sale that would have been of approximately the same value. I understand that these situations do sometimes occur, however, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided.

What a wonderful experience!! We were warmly greeted by everyone we saw and nothing was too much trouble! The spa treatment itself was amazing and super relaxing. Highly recommend!!

I was happy with the facial. I just don't think these clinics have realistic prices for retirees. Who can afford to pay 150 for a facial on a regular basis even if you would like to. There are many more priorities.

Lisa! You’re amazing! I have been finding it difficult to get my Medik8 branded skin care products and had to resort to buying online, paying for postage and overall just not having a great experience from other companies - almost ready to give up on the brand all together and find another. But Soho just went above and beyond!! From the moment I called to even after we picked up the order was fantastic!! Lisa was polite, prompt, attentive and personal! Even leaving us withh extra goodies in the bag! I now know where I’ll be ordering all my products!!! Thanks again xxx

purchased a skinstitut product I have bought from many other retailers, was a bit shocked about the 30% markup that Soho has put on it. Retails at 35 everywhere else, but I had to pay 50 there. disappointing experience
