When the food is good, it’s good. Last week, an order took an hour and it was missing the food. I received a bag of 10 sauces and a drink! Another time, it took an hour and a half and we had to get a refund through Ubereats. Don’t bother trying to phone them; they never answer and they don’t reply to voicemails.

Food was good, but very bad organization, my order was siting waiting and nobody give that to me till i manifest myself to one of the girls, took almost 20 minutes

Quite possibly the worst run Oporto outfit in the country. On every occasion they have stuffed the order with missing items. The overweight girl at the counter has absolutely zero customer service skills. There is no concept of service at all and the wait times are way longer than any other store or chain.

Received a missing fillet in my burger. Rang the store manager and she was adamant that they put the fillet in but they clearly didnt. Just rude and wasn’t interested in what I had to say. Meal was soggy and tasteless. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.
