After frequently visiting this store over the past 6 years I was left very very disappointed after my visit today and will not be returning. I spent 38 on two large bags of popcorn only for one bag to be half filled and the other to be old, stale popcorn. I usually receive wonderful customer service at the Chermside store but today the young man working was very rude and lacked general customer service skills.

Tried the Sweet & Salty Kettle Popcorn for the first time and was sadly disappointed. Was really looking forward to it as without markets happening at the moment my regular supplier isn’t selling. This popcorn was extremely salty and unpleasant. There was no sweetness at all just an extreme saltiness. Not sure anyone tasted this before selling it. Doubtful i would purchase again :-(
Love the popcorn, the girl with the red hair is very polite and was so great with my son, she was so patient and kept letting my toddler try different flavours. She is the reason I come back!
Bought a large bag of just the original plain popcorn today ,was sooooo extremely salty was like eating straight up salt , if they cant get a simple original right there is no way im trying a different flavor. So disappointed !
I have walked past this place many times over the last few years and I've always wanted to try the popcorn last week I eventually did. the popcorn was great it's just too bad the customer service was terrible the girl that served me just did not want to be there at all and it showed in every single thing she did. Smile life's not so bad.
This a cool little set-up in the middle of Chermside Shopping Centre. The only place that I know of that has the variety of Popcorn flavours in the area. It's been here for a long time and brings in some new flavours enough to give you something new once in a while. The popcorn itself is fine, Not outstanding. The service is typically very good. The last time I went they had a minimum EFTPOS which is always annoying. If you want to try some interesting flavours of Popcorn it's worth a try
In terms of popcorn flavour and quality, I give 5 stars. There are savoury and sweet options to choice from, and the introduce new flavours everyone and again. They offer small, medium and large bags with two different price points for each with sweet being more expensive (not by much). This is my favourite popcorn ever! However, I have to give only 4 stars due to average service, as the last time I visited the guy serving me was on the phone through his earpieces plugged into his phone and had me confused as I kept thinking he was speaking to me. Was relatively rude to say the least. But for the great tasting popcorn I will just have to out it aside!
We had the best service from Darrian. He was kind and generous to 2 young women with a disability. And the popcorn was the best too!
