A beautiful store with a huge range of lingerie, toys and accessories to choose from. The customer service is absolutely wonderful as the ladies are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I would highly recommend this store any time to anyone who looking to buy high quality products and receive the best service too!

Beautiful, lovely and friendly staff who helped me so much with sizing and intimates that flattered my body. Belle was wonderful.
Went to the chermside store to buy some goodies but stood there for 10 minutes not a single word spoken to me and ended up leaving and driving to another store.

The oldstore pre renovations had lovely staff. However unfortunately many girls that I have experienced working here over the last few years now are fast to judge forgetilting that perhaps size does not equate money. I cannot believe I'm saying this myself but the staff at the Logan hyperdome store last year were role models especially compared to these. I haven't been in store at Chermside now for at least 8 month so perhaps different staff. I understand wholeheartedly that working retail is a soul crushing experience with next to no monetary reward for effort but it's not hard work just to be kind.
