This place is interesting. It does taste like authentic ramen I’ve had in Japan so I will give them that. The meat does seem to be high quality and flavourful but a little fatty. They only offer pork as a protein option. A little disappointing that it comes with no egg? And I had to reduce the rating for this place by 2 stars as we were rudely moved mid-meal to accomodate another group even though he could have seated them on the other side of us he still made us move up 2 seats and move all of our meals while we were trying to eat.

Best Ramen outside of Japan I have ever tasted. Always my first choice in the Chermside food court. Have already recommended it to others, and will continue to do so.

First time I ever experienced ramen was here and I'm hooked. Love ordering the extra pork with extra noodles. So yum, delicious and satisfying. I drive 20mins just to eat here lol.

Friendly staff and nice food. The Ramen here is pretty good and you get a generous serving with the option of free extra noodles. I wouldn't say it is a flavour bomb but it tastes pretty good and the noodles are perfectly al dente. The gyoza is nice here too. I will say there isn't much seating space so if it is busy you will find it hard to sit down to eat.

Staff here made a special exception for me and my mates all to sit together in the dining area on closing time because it was one of my mates’ birthday. Huge moves, food is consistently great and service is excellent.

Ordered spicy miso takeaway with extra pork for dinner to eat back on the Sunshine coast as there's no hakataya on the sunny coast. Come dinner time and there's no broth or extra pork that was paid for.. asked for the noodles to be separate to the broth as it was going to be reheated for dinner but it was all in the bowl together. Maybe the broth was soaked up by the noodles? I'm not sure but it wasn't good. I'll stick to hakataya ramen market square even tho its a much longer drive

If you don't have a sign telling customer they need to order first before be seated on an empty table, you can't blame the customer for assuming otherwise while queueing to order. If we've been inform politely we're more than happy to move and still proceed with the order but it is definitely not cool for chasing off a mother with 2 toddlers and a baby like they just committed a crime.
