Would not recommend to shop here at all! My shoes (Archers) that I purchased began falling apart after only a few months. I later found out that they are actually made in China but the shop sweet talks you into thinking they are made here in Australia. It’s almost impossible to get a refund out of them. They claim the shoes are made in Australia but they are actually made in China. When paying 200 for shoes one would expect they last more than a few months. Save your money and go elsewhere. Very disappointed.

I have extremely problematic feet. Besides wearing orthotics, I have other issues as well, with a few crooked toes and cushions on top of my feet. This means buying shoes are a real nightmare! I usually go to the shop on a mission to buy shoes, and come home - defeated! However, when I visited Footmaster at Chermside it was a whole different story. Monique was extremely helpful and professional. She literally sat down on the floor and fit the one shoe after the other with such care. She was definitely making sure I was satisfied and we got the right fit shoes for me. I cannot recommend Footmaster and Monique highly enough. It was an AWESOME shopping experience!

My husband and I wandered through Chermside this morning, casually looking at shoes but not really intending to BUY anything today. We picked up a pair of white sneakers, looked at the price (209) and immediately put them back down again and were about to make a quick escape! However, a lovely, friendly lady asked what we were looking for, and offered to help. To cut a long story short, about an hour later, we left the store - each of us WEARING the most comfortable new shoes!!! We also carried a third pair of shoes (those white sneakers!!) and the shoes we'd worn into the shop in boxes. I want to HIGHLY recommend this shop for both the quality of shoes ... (the most comfortable I've ever worn!!) and the terrific service. Monique, (the manager of this store) was so friendly, authentic, professional and helpful. She made the whole shopping experience really FUN!! I felt like I'd made a new friend today ... and I LOVE my new shoes!!!!

I have been suffering extremely bad arch pains for months with constant cramping, and couldn't find anything to help relieve these symptoms. By chance I came across Footmaster and walked in to find the most helpful and courteous lady by the name of monique. Who after one look at my foot knew exactly what was wrong and how to help. After recommending and walking me through options of style and comfort best suited to me, I walked out with two new pairs of shoes that left me feeling like I was walking on air and a pair of inserts. I have never felt this level of comfort and support before, for anyone looking for advise and support I would hands down recommend that they visit Monique at Footmaster in Chermside Brisbane.
