They are closed! For good! Nothing ever seems to stay open in that place anymore.
Good cookies, good coffee but very dry sausage rolls and pies.
Been going here for years. It’s the best place in Chermside - well apart from Boost
They seem to closed nearly 3 weeks ago ,Have not reopen,No signs stating there closing,nothing as I used to go there daily for sausage rolls,I thought they may have gone on holiday leave or something but doesn't look like it.
Cookies r great, but people that work in the food industry need to know the basic food safety handling. If u r wearing gloves dont handle money then touch ur ear then go to pick out the cookies i ordered with the same glove. Place train ur staff!!!

Today I took my father at cookieman coffee shop order large chilate and ask for one small empty cup because he had stroke can't hold full cup tea or coffee cup in his hand so we pour small amount each time he drink. But boss of this shop had no manners no customer care. When I asked small empty cup she refused to give but she want to put chilate in small cup and spill the rest not willing to give us empty cup never had this in any coffee shop before. because we only order one large cup so I ordered a bag of cookies as well mum don't drink chilate. I was going in Coles leave mum and dad there but we have to leave straight away because she put chilate in takeaway cup he cant drink with takeaway cup very disappointing her behavior and survice no respect didn't even listen hope she don't have to go through one day what my father and us going right now. I am in business over 35 years we don't treat customer like that. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there my father lost his speech it was hart breaking all he want have coffee or chilate when he go to shops and we left without drinking people like her should not be in customer service.
