Be careful of their security guards. They took my friend's own deodorant out of her purse and made her follow them around the store while they worked out that she hadn't stolen it. Despite the fact she just bought some new deodorants and shampoos from the store.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Although it’s a huge store with a big range, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Easily the worst Chemist Warehouse I’ve come across - can’t recommend them at all.

Staff is mostly kind and helpful but the security guard is very rude, searching my bag to very bottom and going through every pocket in my bag. Not a very pleasant shopping experience, Im not going to return.

Wanting to be fair, I read the other reviews before posting and I regret I have to agree. I've had to involve a regional manager with this store, to ensure that a reasonable supply of a prescription medication was kept in stock to supply demand, which the Pharmacy manager reluctantly admitted was indeed the case. When you can snare a staff member they are very helpful but there is a general feeling of staff wanting to do more than just physically isolate here and yes, the staff interaction at the registers do not leave you feeling like this is a chemist to which I want to return. The intrusiveness of the "Live, look, feel well and Chemist Warehouse" ads throughout the store is akin to brainwashing and makes me re-consider wanting to go in. Like a fool, I keep going back! Oddly, the friendliest staff member here seems to be the Security Guard at the front of the store.

This is a short message to owner and management. Please consider hiring extra pharmacists in these unprecedented times. I amongst others had to wait 2 hours for our scripts to be dispensed. Extra staff just for a few weeks and then assess the situation again. Please endeavour to keep all customers AND exiting pharmacists happy in these unprecedented times
