Today was the First time I visited this gem in the city!! Is incredibly spacious and staff was super attentive asking me if they could help me somehow. Is probably the only chemist where you are not constantly running into other people. Super happy. Will definitely keep vIsiting for a more peaceful experience when doing my beauty shopping!

I strongly disagree with the service provided by indio men who the company must teach codes of respect women. I tell my anecdote: I was in to the shop and I know that the guard man have to take the temperature and he has to check the bags too. but why have you to closer from me? why you look at me like this? Really is very bad experience for me because I go to visit this shop frequently and every time is the same. I always find looks and attitudes on the part of the Indian workers in their stores. Please check the behaviour of your employees because the most comun customers we are woman.
The pharmacist is very rude and unprofessional perhaps name is (shaban).I would probably give 0 star but cannot. For the attestation of one page we waited 20 minutes and then he asked for photo ID with current adress.its ridiculous.if someone has passport as photo ID how to show current adress? Such rude professional should be out of jobs
Doctor sent my prescription here for an antibiotic and they didn't have it! It took over 30 minutes to tell me I had to go to another chemist warehouse. In the middle of Melbourne CBD, just shocking.
