Visited this store for advice on a complex audio solution that the builder's electrician had given up on. We spoke with Steve who showed us a number of options and told us what would most easily integrate with what. He didn't try to oversell us solutions that we probably didn't need, which was refreshing. We've now got a solution to link a TV, Google Home and a set of Pioneer DJ decks to four new outdoor ceiling speakers. We took one of the products with us and he delivered the others two business days later. Great, personalised service. The store has a huge range and we'll definitely go back to extend our audio solution further.

Great customer service and communication. Steve and his team did a fantastic job, cleaned up all the mess and took away the rubbish. They made sure I understood how to use the new system and were patient with my questions. Great system and a great price with good guidance. Highly recommend.

I'm an audio mixer and wanted a surround setup for my home editing room, so I'm kinda high maintenance. Steve was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to get me what I wanted, smiling all the time despite me trying my best to make his day difficult. Can't recommend them highly enough. Really good stock of vinyl too, so I'll be back for those.

Kee was excellent during the process of purchase. One part of the speaker was missing and she even drove to my place 1 hour away to deliver it a few days later. Highly recommend this shop if you have audio needs.

Fantastic HiFi and audiovisual store, Kee and staff are very professional and friendly. Plus as a bonus - Charles at the front with Audiophile reference recordings! Highly recommended.
