I had a great experience at Mister Minit Southland. I went to two other stores looking to have a photo frame engraved. However, both stores told me that due to the material of the frame being plastic, this would not be possible. When visiting Mister Minit Southland, Darren was able to identify that the other stores were incorrect, and the material of the frame was actually metal and it would be possible to engrave it. Darren did an amazing job engraving the frame free-handed and my partner was extremely happy with the gift. I will definitely be returning for any other gifts or items I want engraved in the future.

I don’t normally use shoe repair services but I decided to give it a try. I took my shoes to Mister Minit Southland and was quoted 75 to re sole and re heel. Haven’t done this to any of my shoes before so was happy to give it a go. The end product was great! I was told that it would normally be a same day or next day service but due to the pile of shoes in for repair, it would take a few days. Picked it up today and it looks great! Very happy with the end result. Shoes were polished too, not sure if it was part of the package or a free add on as I didn’t ask for it. But great either way.

Couldn't recommend more highly! Darren was fantastic in helping me with a broken car key disaster. He even went as far as driving 20 minutes to the location of the car to help recode and finalise the new key purchased from him. Could not have asked for better service during the entire experience. I highly recommend Darren and his team. He has now become my go to for all Key/ Watch related repairs and adjustments. Thanks again Darren!

Terrible experience at this place that old man with the tattoos should not be allowed to operate, it is obvious he has issues, stay away everyone go to the guy near David Jones! Never again

I came here about 2 years ago and I got bad service. Came back again recently to get 6 espresso mugs engraved. They came out amazing with the new laser engraver technology! Pricey but worth something that is permanent and a personal gift :) I recommend Darren's service! Thumbs up! P.s. I don't think the person who I received bad customer service works there any more!

Should be called Mister Next Day, cause that's how long it takes for them to do a 5 minute job. Also the attendant arced up when I put that to her.
