This is about how the Dollar King is playing around with the sentiments of the public during the ongoing Covid19 pandemic by cheating them with cheap and inferior products which are not fit for purpose. Purchased a pack of face mask today. While trying it, I found it not fit for use as it has the basic design defects (refer photo) and was not sealing the face properly over the nose (its sole purpose). It is strictly not adhering to the Form-Fit design it is claiming on the product sticker (refer image) The guy at the counter didn't accepted the defective product and was extremely blunt and rude (must go through some customer service training) and refused to take the product back in the name of a notice that they tag in front of the counter even though it is not a change of mind from my side. Looking forward for a response before I may reach out to a certified lab to get the product claims tested and reaching out to ACCC for a defective product complaint.

Terrible customer service, rude staff and falsely advertised prices. Christmas items advertised in early December were marked up by 50% on Boxing Day claiming to be half price! I was asked to leave when i brought this to their attention. Very dodgy.

The owner was bullying my wife. We have put a police complaint for intimidating my wife and our newborn. I cant believe this is how a newly mother is being treated and I cant believe hes the owner of the store. We have also put a complaint with Westfield Group. I hope no-one will buy there anymore and get treated bad as my wife did. We will also ensure this goes out to the media.
