My brand-new Izzo coffee machine was delivered DOA. It was purchased from another vendor while Casa Espresso acts as an official distributor of the Izzo Group in Australia. So, Antony had managed to organize an instant inspection of the machine (the same day!) and replacement of faulty parts within a few days. Excellent level of service and perfect customer support!
