I used Bayside Floorworld for the first time and couldn't be happier with my experience with them. I had my carpet replaced with Hybrid Flooring. From the first phone call, Myles was extremely helpful and informative. He answered all my questions patiently as well as asking me all the right questions to ensure they delivered a product that best suited what I needed - many of the other companies I called did not ask me these questions. After my first initial chat with Myles he had my trust and it was a no brainer to go with them! Dylan was also very helpful. I love my new floors so much and couldn't recommend them more! They did a fantastic job!

Dealing with Myles at Floorworld Cheltenham was fantastic. Huge range of choice available and Myles took the time to explain the benefits of each. Highly recommend the team at Bayside Floorworld Cheltenham... we love our new floors (now just need to finish the rest of the place).
Excellent service and competitive pricing. I had an issue with my original carpet installation and Myles from Floorworld dealt with the issue quickly and politely and we had someone come and resolve the next day. Would recommend.

Bayside Floorworld recently laid floor boards and carpet through out our house. Richard the board layer was excellent. The carpet layers Andrew and his team are gold star and fun to have around. Chris the corker did a great job. The work was co-ordinated by Floorworlds Matt who is a can do will do person. Highly recommend.
