My daughter had a very poor customer experience at the store today. The staff member was very unpleasant and made her feel uncomfortable. She is 13 years old surely your staff could be nicer to customers not making them feel unwelcome and a nuisance. Remember 1 unsatisfied customer is equivalent to 100 satisfied customer s. We won't be back

OK, It is the best store I have been to in a long time, the clothing is of excellent quality and is durable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped me find skirt sizes. Excellent service. 10/10 It is true that you have to wait to enter the store because space is limited and small but the wait does not last more than 30 minutes I do not know what people are complaining about. I personally do not see the problem when its time to checkout the staff take photos of the product you want and give you a new one and sealed in plastic. Do you want the same blouse that many people have touched and worn????? I don't think so it's not like they were throwing the clothes at you, they are giving you something new !!! Come on people !! It is true that sizes should improve and be more inclusive and precise but the store just arrived in Sydney, you have to give it time.
The fabric faded after one hand wash... Like I have worked at a laundry mat and am currently apprenticing as a tailor so I know how to handle garments... Wish / AliExpress has better quality clothes, I would recommend buying authentic vintage items in depop for similar prices for significantly higher quality
was really excited to go to the store as i had heard it had a wide range of different sizes and styles for average bodies, but was disappointed. the only sizes there was sizes 6-8. shop was small, understaffed and not very helpful. would only recommend if you are petite and 13 because that is the sort of energy the store exudes. falsely advertising that you are body positive but don’t have any clothes for someone who is not petite is a bit of a scam in my opinion.
I have followed Cheep store for a while and I’m OBSESSED with the clothes, I’ve been so excited to go in especially because you can’t shop online. I finally get into the store and pick out some items I like, mind you most of them didn’t have sizes on them either. I went to try them on and there was no change rooms. This is fine because they were letting you try them on over the clothes you were already wearing, now being a plus size girl this was my issue. Not only did they not think about people not feeling comfortable doing that, but if I bought something and it didn’t fit I couldn’t even get a refund. I know this is a smaller business but you definitely need to think about being inclusive and catering for all shapes and sizes!!

BUYER BEWARE! Cheep by name CHEAP by nature. If I could give them no stars I would. No change rooms. Claustrophobic shop . No contact number/email or return policy for faulty goods after necklace purchased lasted 2 hours. Poor quality polyester clothes and overpriced op shop style 80’s clothes that my parents wore .Do yourself a favour & go to an op shop instead where money goes back to a good cause. Have reported suspect business practices to the ACCC.
