I am happy with the therapy I got from Pally. The ambience is nice and the customer service is good. I will definitely return for my second appointment!

The customer service was really bad. The lady who looked after me didn't speak English, when I asked if I could switch for someone who knows English, I simply got ignored. No skin analysis or information was taken down to understand what I needed. The room next door was speaking and laughing really loudly for the whole 2 hours and it was not a relaxing experience at all. Definitely won't spend another cent on them!

Amongst the beauty clinic I've tried here in Sydney only in Pally Chatswood I found and experienced the BEST quality of beauty service. They don't take advantage of you just to ripped you off. They offer what is best for your skin type and skin issue. It's always upto you to decide if you can afford it (Just try to negotiate the terms of payment and discount if you are really serious of doing any treatment). Yes, the cost of the treatment/procedure is a bit pricey but I tell you.. it is worth your money! Thank you to Miss Amy who did my Ulthera treatment for being so patient and generous to me. She really made sure that she can give me the best result that I can get. Her staff is very accomodating and well trained in the machine (Special Thank you to Sophia) who is now doing my fat freezing ( cooltech treatment) . Pally is now my Beauty Haven...
