KingTea is a small shop just outside Chatswood train station and underneath the district food court. It mainly sells bubble tea but they also serve small desserts and soft serve ice cream and rice yogurt. I have had their bubble tea at a different store. This time I tried their soft serve. It was a cup of black tea soft serve with a brown sugar syrup, a good scoop of pearls, and 2 wafer sticks. I found the soft serve a bit icy and melted very quickly with the syrup. Overall I found this pricey at 6.80. Store was clean cos is relatively new. Staff seemed new too and weren't too helpful when I was asking questions

Regula here, the staff are friendly and always remember my usual order. They are happy to give advice on drinks I haven’t tried before. If you want some fresh fruit tea, try their mixed fruit green tea or lemon blossom iced tea!

The service was prompt and no need to wait too long. It is smart that customer can adjust sugar and ice level. Taro bubble fresh milk without ice and little sugar is super nice for me.

Loving king tea in Chatswood, tea is very authentic, brew properly and have some of the healthy selection. Got the lychee oolong tea with pudding, it was nice and light.

I just bought one pearl milk tea in this shop and i drank steel wire that might be part of the stainless steel kitchen cleaning sponges. I made a phone call to them but no one picked up the phone. if the shop manager needs the evidence, i can send you the photo.
