I’ve been coming here a few years now for mammograms, xrays and ultrasounds and the Staff are so pleasant and helpful. I had a mammogram this morning (lump in right breast) and Roti was so gentle. I almost fainted last time, so Roti was very reassuring and took the least time possible, which was a huge help. No dizziness this time. Infinity also bulk bill for all my apmts which really helps. Would thoroughly recommend.

Went for a shoulder x-ray and ultrasound at 1220 17/10/2018. Both were bulk billed on Medicare. Took around 30min including a 5minish wait time and actually having hard copies of both scans to go. Clean environment and friendly, knowledgeable staffs too. The hard copy scans came with a nice carrying bag as well.

Had a pregnancy ultrasound conducted by Ken, great experience! I had to bring my 16 month old son with me, he was extremely understanding and made me feel very comfortable! Overall staff are kind and will go out of their way to open every door if you have a pram! Would highly recommend!!!

I came in today to get a breast ultrasound and was amazed by the high level of professionalism carried out from all of the staff here! I told them myself when I left they were the best imaging company I have ever visited. From when I entered they were so organised, efficient, friendly and switched on! Highly recommended! Thank you for such a positive experience guys!!!

Had my pregnancy scanning there with Ms . Khema, she is very professional, with good knowledge . She explained me everything throughout the scan. Great experience great place , all the front desk staffs are so polite , really recommend infinity Chatswood medical imaging .

The staffs are always late for US procedure. For 5 times experiences that I attended, they are always late. The patients are fasting are annoyed.

I was the last patient of the day and couldn't reschedule to any other time. I was running over half an hour late due to traffic and thought I would have to cancel my appointment. The whole team showed so much kindness by accommodating me at the last minute. What a wonderful team!
