It was my first time buying in this shop. Wide range of products and very friendly staff. Fantastic customer service. After a quick guidance to the section I was looking for, I Was left comfortably choosing my boots and shoes. The man who assisted me when I needed was very helpful and friendly, who gave me great advice. A shop to return to, and that I'd highly recommend.
Great customer service! The item was sent the same day I ordered it. Unfortunately I got the sizing wrong but they were super fast with responding about the returns process and made the whole process easy. I will definitely order from here again :)

Ordered some work shorts after being told they would be arriving the following week...one month later and nothing therefore I contact to ask about the issue to be told bluntly that I would be contacted when they arrived, two months later still no contact so I contacted them for them to casually say they have been discontinued and would not be arriving and if I want my refund I would have to return to store . Very disappointed and not even an apology.
i had an issue with purchasing items that was on backorder but never stated on the website (needs to added to the website) but apart from that Really good communication when emailed and very professionally handled i recommend this company and will be ordering more stuff in the future
