One of the quiet Chatime’s, my order today was very good and what I expected. Only issue I have is there is not much of a sitting area (1 table and 3 chairs). Would love to see some more tables and chairs, would be great to create a fun environment.

ordered today and one of my drinks wasn't sealed properly which caused spillages and I only realised after I got home. when I received my drinks the bag was a little wet but I thought it was because the cups weren't wiped properly. fast service tho
Cha Time QVB have undergone a renovation (new management?) And I went to their grand opening. It is now a counter for takeaway bubble tea and no longer has seating inside. Ordering was very easy with the cashier prompting each element of the drink. My lemon green tea arrived very quickly. Reliable bubble tea in the city quite close to Town Hall station so I can get my bubble tea fix on the way home

Badly informed because it says that it closes at a certain time and when one goes, it is already closed.
The miserable staff do not greet customers. The store needs a thorough clean.

I went there a little bit late in the evening. Usually we like Taro smoothie with black pearls. Finally we found a similar item in Chatime. It’s 100percent not same but quiet similar . It is called Frozen Taro .
