The best Chatime in all of Melbourne. As a regular here I am treated extraordinarily well. Love the dudes who work at this place and the tea is made especially well here compared to other Chatimes.

Nice tea and excellent customer service. I love Chatime, doesn't matter if it's a cold weather or a hot weather. They've always got a great selection of drinks and you have the option to control the amount of sugar to suit your preference

I love my Thai bubble tea with pearls and the hawthorn one used to be my favourite place!!! But since recent times the taste is very bad and it doesn’t taste like the old days anymore!!! I tried by ordering no ice and more sugar in my drink but still it doesn’t taste like before! It is extra watery and the flavour is not just there! Customer service and everything is nice but unsatisfied with the flavour!

I love Chatime Speedy service and great selection of drinks. I love that when you ask for no sugar the flavourings they use aren't super sweet. Options available for sugar and ice amount and great selection of toppings. I visit to Hawthorn store regularly

Its very busy every time I come. There is a long queue in front of it, but they are super fast service. The drinks taste fresh, quality is nice, one of the best bubble teas in Melbourne.

Had the Premium Pearl milk tea, no ice, half sugar. Fast service and great drink. Also their membership where ever 10 teas you get a free one is good and I get through it quickly
