I visited this store with a friend on the 3rd of February. My friend had a 'free fruity tea' voucher from the lunar new year promotion so she redeemed that. She asked for a large size but the girl rudely said that she can just get a regular. I have redeemed this coupon before and all other stores have given me a large. The other girl told the server in Chinese that unless it specifies, it can be any size but then the girl rolled her eyes and said "I'll just give her a regular." (I can understand Chinese, rude of them to assume I couldn't). Despite this rudeness, I said thank you when we left and the server rolled her eyes and glared at us. Yesterday (Feb 5th) my friends told me that they went to this Chatime and experienced the same kind of treatment. The employees here are terrible and the customer service is extremely poor.

Absolutely disgusted!! I ordered a large Milk Taro tea a few days ago which almost cost me 9.00. It had ice and black pearls in it too. I managed to open it only 20-30 minutes after purchase and when I opened it and the milk was off! So gross. Had to throw it out. Waste of money. and rude staff approach.

Extremely poor customer service!! Staff was very rude with an attitude! Not the slightest professionalism in their work. Would never recommend this place and will no longer visit here ever again.
