Munch Table

This is my favourite bubble tea store for sure. There are heaps of options for tea flavours and toppings. It's also a good price, not too expensive, and the staff are always really helpful.

My recent two visits were a bit disappointing. I always asked for half sugar but for the last two drinks they are way sweeter than before. I noticed that they were both coming from a young male staff (Asian, Cantonese speaker) But in general I really enjoyed the bubble tea and the service here. Thanks

fantasy fabulous

today I was served by a girl with curly hair in the store next to unilodge. I said hot twice but my drink turned out to be half ice. I said I can't drink ice. She said in a very rude way: we can't remake it and we can't refund, and she can't stop blaming me that I didn't check my order properly! when she read my order, I also said make it hot. Is it so hard to say sorry? the girl is too rude to take the orders! well, girl, I don't care about the wrong order. If you say sorry, you wouldn't get 1 star today!

Drink was great but waited nearly 10 minutes, with only one or two other people! My order is a plain tea with no add ins, so this was annoying. The girl at the counter was rude and was on her phone when not taking orders - the young man was making all the drinks without any help from her. Would rather go someplace else. \u200d️

I tried to make an order via the app and it wouldn’t work. I went into store to order, the girl that took our order had an attitude problem and she took down my friends order wrong. When we confronted her, she said with attitude that she couldn’t do anything because she repeated the order. This really shows poor customer service, no wonder it is not busy. The customer service at Chatime is really disappointing and outright rude. (14/12/2019)
