Staff do not stay at this firm - every year I'm told that the person you dealt with last year doesn't work here anymore. They are very expensive & last year the accountant argued with me & took offense because I stated that I thought Income insurance was not worth it (for me). He then refused to do our tax returns & flicked it off to someone else to do (which took ages). This year I needed to ask them how they came to one of their figures on last years return & they charged me 165 for the privilege. They usually charge around 950 for doing my wife & my tax returns, so this year I went elsewhere, got a bigger return & it only cost half of what they charge. I wont be using them again....
My account manager at Charter Partners literally saved me thousands on tax this year, I regret not going to these guys years ago! Highly recommend!!
