When you enquire how much it will cost to speak to them they refuse to answer. They then have you come in for appointment still not explaining how much they charge. Karen then sends you a large bill for the initial consultation which still doesn’t explain their costs. Karen does not respond to emails, and does not return phone calls. Very unpleasant and fraudulent experience.
