Don’t buy from Chapman's. We have had numerous warranty issues with our 110,000 Lotus caravan and nothing but trouble with this dealership. It took them 4 months to even look at my caravan after I had to continuously chase them up and got the run around from their warranty department. Then it took them almost 8 weeks to complete the repairs and again I had to continuously chase them up. During this time the owner attempted to blackmail me by saying that the caravan would be intentionally delayed even further should I put in a complaint with the ACCC. He also made me sign warranty paperwork under duress, attempted to coerce me and lied to me. I now have my caravan back, but it is still not fixed. Rude people and zero after service care.
Highly recommend Chapman Caravans great range of vans and great service. We purchased our first van, a Franklin Core from Mick the service and knowledgeable advice was second to none.
