They will charge you fees and commission without telling you. Didn't want to tell me the rate only how much I would get for what I have. They were the only ones open and after I got the receipt I saw that they charged me fees, when I asked they responded with that's how we do business.

Came in wanting to compare rates for buying USD but the lady at the desk wouldn't even let me know the conversion because she saw me asking their competitor located right next to them. She told me that she is losing business due to their location. She wouldn't even speak to me after I told her I wanted to compare the rates which I was quite shocked at. Silly business model if you don't feel like having competition.
