Interesting seeing all the 1 star reviews - you are dealing with a car wrecker so no need to expect perfect telephone manners. My experience 5 star. Quoted for a bonnet pronto via gumtree listing and I picked it up next day. Happy with the service.

Ordered a compressor for a 2014 Focus. My mechanic checked it out and it showed signs of a gas leak. Dye had been put into this compressor sometime in the past and showed the leak clearly. Warranty was not honored because to check it out the clutch was unbolted from the compressor(1 Bolt). If the Part was "good' as claimed why not accept a return? The Part was reviewed by a qualified mechanic. A refund was refused because of so called "Tampering" I fail to see how the removal of 1 bolt is tampering. Avoid this happening to you! All the Mechanics in the business i use are at least had 10 years industry experience There a NO apprentices working on the car. The owner of the business who is a Mechanic worked on this personally.

Straightforward transaction. Second transaction I have had with them. Both purchases were for replacement used engines and they nailed it on both occasions. I found them to be truly knowledgeable and sincere. I have seen the poor reviews and can only suggest that they are the wrong people to call if you’re wondering how to remove coffee latté stains from your lycra. Good service not silver service.

Good, honest service. Very happy with my part. A bit more pricey compared to other places but this place was alot closer, had it in stock and it was still way cheaper than buying new from dealerships. I havent had an issue with my part so I cant comment on the returns/ warranty but I was told 3 months warranty.

Rang up to see about parts advertised on Gumtree only to have operator tell me to hurry up as he had 15 people on hold. He hung up phone as soon as he didn’t have the part I was after. Best learn some phone etiquette and some manners.

Was good company to deal with after Toll / Ipec lost my mofor yes lost a motor. The guys at Challanger did not fuss about refunding my money. Thanks guys Much appreciated

bad customer service! Asked for a quote, the price was high, so I approached the guys back asking for fewer parts ... the answer was simply : "try some 1 else" YES VERY RUDE!

First they will give you price comaretivily less then market and then take their time to refund. Will never refund completely. Do a business with them and get ready for rude behaviour when asking them to refund.
