I'm changing my (one star) review as my issue has been addressed since then & I'm happy with the response time by the guys & the honesty. Hopefully, I would not have any issue with the heating vents. I was given some tips & tricks on how I could manage the heat flow. So I'm happy & could recommend this company.

My husband and I must commend the professionalism of Chalcot Heating and Air Conditioning. We had a new evaporative cooler installed and the crew that did our installation were exceptional in their jobs. Our old system was taken away and the new system explained in detail on how to use to suit our home. Would highly recommend.
Called the company today for a quote, was greeted by a lady over the phone with zero professionalism or eagerness to attend to my enquiry. Was shortly knocked back for my heating and cooling quote as my location was "too far". The drive only being 42 minutes away!!!! Extremely disappointing considering I have used Chalcot before and the location was also a 45 minute drive away.
I got my new Brivis heater installed, very happy with quote and installation was spot on. Thanks, will use again
