Very bad shopping experience! Very bad shop assistant! There was a male employee who didn't want to serve me from the moment I entered the store to the moment I left, and he just stood there motionless and didn't say a word. When I take a fancy to a pair of shoes and no intention to ask me if I need help. As a result, I don't want to buy anything in this shop at all.
I was given a pair of ugg boots for mother's day 5 years ago. It's the 1st thing i do when I get home from work. So so comfortable.
This is an American brand that aggressively controls the trademark "Ugg" around the world despite not being owned or made in Australia. They have even sued Australian companies for using the word "Ugg". Do not support these American scum, and support real Australian uggs instead.
Extremely shocking experience, will never buy from this store. The store was completely empty, but the two male staff avoided eye contact from the get go. two other customers came in as well, still no eye contact with anyone. Despite genuinely trying on shoes and considering to buy one, I waved at the staff and they stared at me blankly without moving. I had to wave a second time and maintain eye contact for almost 10 seconds before one finally came. He advised the shoe we wanted did not have the size we needed and recommended another similar product which was nice, however he only pointed at the recommended product and talked about it and then off he ran behind the counter again. That was about 10 seconds he spent with us, what is the hurry? There was no other customers. The rest of our day shopping in Chaddy included bookstores, gamestores, chemist and another shoe shop, not a single one of them treated us this way. We will not be returning to this store.
Terrible service at this store. Won’t go back.
I recently went instore and wanted to purchase shoes for my elderly mum. There was a shop assistant called Anthony Who approached me without giving me any pressure to Assist me, he slowly and in detailed showed me which shoes were suitable for her. I was so impresssed by his service, I look forward to visiting him again instore and purchasing for more family memebers. Thank you Anthony
